A lot has happened in the last few days and I wanted to share it with everyone. I'll start right from the beginning...

        I went for an audition thinking it was going to be for a big new up and coming signed act that needed a guitar player for a tour in December. They wouldn't give away the name of the band so that made me think it was going to be someone pretty substantial. In my mind I just wanted to get exposure and connections for The Underground Rebels, but if it was someone like STP or The Goo Goo Dolls, you can bet I'd tour with them if given the opportunity. I did well at the audition playing and singing "Slide" and an original, "Hating You". A few days later got a call back and was told "the guys" in the band were very thrilled with my video tape of the audition. They scheduled me to meet they guys and play a song or 2 with them. They insisted they wanted me to do "Slide" with them by The Goo Goo Dolls. This made me think it was them as they were in town playing at The Mandalay Bay coliseum the following day. Sure enough I walk into this club on Fremont with 11 cameras all over me and look over to see Johnny, Robbie and Mike from The Goo Goo Dolls sitting at a table on the dance floor. I met the guys and their manager explained the situation to me. I was being featured on a new VH1 show called AMBUSHED!. I don't want to give any more of the show away, so you gotta tune in to VH1on Dec. 27th and watch it for yourselves!!
